The Oromia seed Enterprise Arsi Branch Invites Eligible Bidders for Maintenance of Road & Ditch in Lole, Temella, Garadella and Adelle farm by contractors from GC-5/ RC5 and above in competitive open bid tender.
- Bidders shall submit VAT registration certificate, valid relevant renewed trade license for Physical year 2017, tax clearance certificate issued by tax Authority
- Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO check or unconditional bank guarantee in the name of Oromia Seed Enterprise from recognized bank in Ethiopia in the amount 2% of the total Bid price.
- Bid document in soft copy can be collected from Oromia Seed Enterprise Arsi branch 1st floor office No 19 from the date of announcements of the tender by non-refundable Birr 200 (two hundred Birr)
- Bid closing date shall be on 21/08/2017E.C at 08. o'clock and bid Will be opened on 21/08.2017 E.C at 8:30 o'clock in Oromia Seed Enterprise Arsi branch office No 23 in the presence of the bidders and /or the representive who choose to attend If bidder could not be available at the specified place and time the Purchase shall open the bid in their absence.
