Ethiopian Airlines Group intends to conduct a bid for the Selection of Potential Local Freight Forwarding service providers for the Provision of Clearing, Forwarding, Moving and Shipping Services of its Co-Mat (Company Materials) with a three (3) year contract.

Any company legally established in Ethiopia with a valid and renewed trade license in the above-mentioned service with three (3) years and above working experience and have VAT registration certificate, TIN (Tax Identification Number), Tax Clearance Certificate, and Valid License to participate in Governmental Bids can participate in the bid.

Bidders can get the bid document from the date of announcement until the bid closing date of May 12, 2025, by depositing a non-refundable ETB 100 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch, referring to this tender number, SSNT-T531, to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277 (E-99). Bidders shall email the scan copy of the deposit slip to the below address and will get the Bid document by return email.

Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the name of Ethiopian Airlines Group. Any

Insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted. The deposited CPO received from unsuccessful bidders will be returned.

The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes, i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security), and one outer envelope duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section before/on May 12, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM at the Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, Bid opening room, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
