INVITATION FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Restaurant Management System Software. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;

• Supplier Registration
• Renewed trade license
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Tax clearance certificate
• TIN Certificate

2. Interested bidders shall Purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from April. 09, 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 200 (Birr Two hundred only) to Corporate Branch, Tower II, ground floor and collect the bid document Soft Copy from Procurement Directorate, Office No.104, Tower III,1st floor.

3. The Bidder can participate with any lot they want.
4. Sample Must Be Submitted before or on the Bid Opening Date.
5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before Apr. 23, 2025 at 10:00 A.M (in the morning) at the Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower III, 1st floor.
6. The Bid's shall be opened on the above mentioned address, on Apr. 23, 2025 at 10:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

8. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents with Separate envelop with copies.
9. The language of Tender shall be English.
