1. A complete set of bid document can be obtained during working hours for the consecutive 10 (Ten) calendar days from the date of bid announcement. In addition, bidders can obtain the bid document via electronically by submitting their Expression of Interest (Eol) with the supporting letter with the following email address

2. Bidders shall have successfully participated as contractor or sub-contractor in at least 1 (one) contract within the last 3 years, with a value greater than the current bid proposal they are submitting
3. The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available liquid asset, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit and other financial means to meet the cash flow requirements independent of any contractual advance payments.
4. Bids must be accompanied with renewed business license and registration, VAT, TIN Registration Certificate and have to submit these requirements.
5. Bidders should submit their offers in sealed envelopes of both technical proposals and financial quotations separately to ASGC office at Adama or Emails (getenetay@gmail.com OR binirose624@gmail.com) on or before the 10th calendar days from the date of bid announcement at 2:00PM

6. Interested bidders can request clarifications through the above addresses.
7. Bid must be clearly marked by bidder’s name, address, legal stamp and Reference Number of the bid ASGC-GY/FBC/S-2025.
8. The technical and financial documents should have one original and one copy for each, clearly marked as ORIGINAL and COPY. Each envelope shall be stamped and sealed. In the event of any discrepancy between them the original documents will prevail.
9. Partial bidding is not allowed.
10. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who prefer to attend at our office on 10th calendar days from the date of bid announcement at 2:30PM
11. ASGC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late bids shall also be rejected.
