1. The Federal Public Procurement Service (PPS) invites qualified bidders to participate through the International Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system in the tender for the procurement of Laptop computer core i5 on behalf of the Educational Assessment and Examinations Service (EAES). Goods shall be delivered to Addis Ababa at the Buyer's warehouse.

5. Bids will be opened online, and bidders or their representatives can participate virtually through the link which will be availed. A bidder, who will submit his bid proposal, must share his bid opening key within 30 minutes after the bid closing time.
6. The Federal Public Procurement Service (PPS) reserves the right to reject any and or all bids.
