Ghion Hotel has allocated funds for the procurement of works Tender for the Construction of a Concert Rest Room and Generator House for Ghion Hotel in the Ghe Compound and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the works.
Bidding is open to all Grade One (G1) contractors who can demonstrate adequate capacity and experience in similar works. - Registration/Trade Certificate (on construction sector),
- Tax Clearance
- VAT certificate
- Written Power of Attorney
- Priced Bills of Quantities (B.O. Qs),
- Curriculum Vitae (CVS) of Project/Manager and Technical staff,
- Proof of having performed similar works in the previous 3-5 years,
- Proof of registration as a Contractor.
- List of Equipment's to be used
- Proof of having performed on corridor or river side project @ Addis Ababa
- Renewed Trade certificate (on construction sector)
Bids will be open at 9:00 am, on the 2nd April, 2025 and closed and opened at 3:00 pm, on the 15th April, 2025, in the presence of bidders or bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at the address above.
