1. The Somali regional state, Qabridahar college of teacher education, now invites sealed bid documents from eligible bidders for procurement of campus decoration project which is "5km cobble stone construction" in the college campus for the academic year 2017.
2. A complete set bidding document for the provision of the cobble stone project specification details mentioned above can be purchased by legal and interested bidders that have a renewed Trade License, Tax Registration, VAT Registration evidence and Tax Clearance certificate in the past year (2016) from Somali regional state Qabridahar college of teacher education up on payment of non-refundable fee 500 (five hundred birr) finance and logistic support process department office within 10 (ten) working days of the first appearance of the announcement during the official working hours.
3. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from the college administration especially in the finance and Logistic core process office.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a security of 1% of the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee, Cash or CPO and submitted before closing date.
5. Bid will be opened in the Qabridahar College of teacher education multipurpose hall on the presence of bidder or their representative on the 10th day of appearance of announcement shall be submitted and opened at 10:30pm local time.
6. The original and copy of the bid document shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the bidders or concerned body of the contractor.
7. Bidders should be submitted in the dedicated time one original and copy of the bid document with separately sealed envelope.
8. The college reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
