1. The Federal Public Procurement Service (PPS) invites qualified bidders to participate through the international electronic government procurement (e-GP) system in the tender for the procurements of common user items used by 25 Government universities and I college with the framework agreement contract for two years (2017-2018 E.C), goods shall be delivered each universities respective warehouse.
2. The type of items to be procured and the deadline for bid submission is as follows:

Details on eligibility and other requirements for bidders are pub-lished in the detailed invitation notice and in the bidding document, both of which are available on the e-GP system and can be accessed on the website.

3. Bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process shall register on the e-GP system www.ppa.gov.et e-GP portal. For unregistered suppliers, please follow the one-off sign-up and registered process as indicated on the portal's Get started link https://egp.ppa.gov.et/egp/home/getting-strated.
4. Bids will be opened online, and bidders or their representatives can participate virtually through the link which will be availed. A bidder who will submit his bid proposal must share his bid opening key within 30 minutes after the bid closing time.
5. The Federal Public Procurement Service (PPS) reserves the right to reject any and or all bids.
