Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and open to all bidders from eligible suppliers.

A complete set of bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders starting from April 1,2025 at the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of against payment receipt of ETB 4,000 or USD 32(exchange rate of 1USD 124 ETB). The method of payment will be cash payment at PPMO cashier's check or deposited to the Ethiopian Electric Utility accounts: EEU-Electrification Program Foreign Currency A/C No. 0101181300064 with National Bank of Ethiopia, for foreign currencies, or deposited to the Ethiopian Electric Utility accounts: EEU-UEAPAccount No 2.: 1000604742556, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), Mehteme Gandi branch, for the local account.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the following amounts:

Bids must be delivered to the address mentioned above before the April 30, 2025 at 14:00 local time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as mentioned above.
Bids will be opened April 30, 2025 at 14:30 local time presence of the bidders or bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address above on the above mentioned date and time.
Bidders are advised to submit their offer after examining the bid document carefully.
Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) reserves the right to reject all or partial bid.
