Notice of Invitation for Bids

1. China Communication Construction Company Ltd. have signed a contract Agreement with Ministry of Tourism for the construction works of of Bale Mountain National Park Tourist Destination Project.
2. It is recalled that we have. floated a tender on Sunday newspaper on March 30, 2025, for the below works and now it's Found necessary to extend the bidding period due to design amendment this therefore we would like to invite again contractor GC -5 and above to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material, Machinery for the Trail Bridge Sub-contract work for these Tourist Destination project.
3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence; i. Commercial Registration Certificate and Trading License renewed for 2017 EFY;

ii. Tax Clearance Certificate & PPA Certificate

iii. Competency Certificate for the specified Categories and renewed for 2017 EFY

iv. TIN & VAT Registration Certificate.

4. Project Overview: The Bale Mountains National Park Tourist Destination Development Project is located in Bale Zone of Oromia Regional State of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. The Project consists construction of tourist accommodation building, restaurants, public spaces, viewpoints and access roads including all the necessary cross drainage structures. The Project is divided in to three cluster developments located at different spots of the park. These are; Dinshu Cluster, Sanetti Plateau Cluster and Rira and Ercia Belt Cluster.
5. Interested bidder shall completed construction contracts with similar nature or having only one ongoing construction projects or working only on maintenance and similar Trail bridge projects.
6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time from Monday to Sunday. A complete soft copy of bidding documents prepared in English language may be collected upon a formal written request by interested bidders to the address below.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before April 12, 2025 at 03:00 P.M. to the Address mentioned below. A bid security amount 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of Cash Payment Order (CPO) or Unconditional Bank Guarantee must bee submitted in the name of China Communication Construction Company Ltd.
