Imagine 1day International Organization (I1D) is an international NGO operating in Oromia, Amhara, Tigray, Afar, South Ethiopia, and Benishangul Gumuz regions to create access to quality education for all Ethiopian Children.

I1D invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders, technically competent, and have valid licenses for the supply of the below items for its Afar Region projects.

• Valid trade- license for each LOT# Trade.
• Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate.
• Tax Identification certificate.
• Tax Clearance declaration of Recent Month.
• The winner shall start delivering the of the materials within 2 (two) days from the date of the agreement signed.
• Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the materials.
• Bid offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and marked, bidders name, address, and legal stamp of the bidder and submit:
• Financial document with all legal document (with two copies one original and one copy)
• Technical documents (with two copies one original and one copy) stamped envelope separately to imagine 1day Afar regional coordination office - Semera
• Documents with the list of activities can be obtained from the imagine 1day Semera office from 26/03/2025 to 03/4/2025 by paying 200 birrs for Each Lot
• Bid will be closed on 03/04/2025 at 3:00 local time and opened on 03/4/2025: at 3:30 & 9:30 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine 1Day Semera office.
• Imagine 1day, Afar regional office reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids
• For additional information imagine 1 day Afar Regional office at Back side of the Keda Dobi Hotel 200m from the main asphalt and the on the way to Exit of Dry port terminal
