Hence, our Hospital invites all interested and eligible Bidders meeting the requirements stated hereunder.
Bidders should have current year renewed trade license from the authorized body, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, Taxpayer registration and Tax Clearance Certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least until deadline for submission of bids.
Bidders should have working experience in the supply of similar products and present certificate of good performance.
Bidders should deposit non-refundable Birr 1000 (One Thousand Birr) for each bid to the nearby Addis International Bank referring this tender number to Bethzatha General Hospital Health Services Plc Account Number 0150100352104001. Bidders should either bring the deposit slip and take the tender document or shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the below address and will get the tender document by return Email.
Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of 1% of their bid offer in the name of Bethzatha Health Services Plc.
The Bid shall be valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after tender opening. Bethzatha Health Services Plc has the right to request Bidders to extend the validity period of the proposal for a specified period.
The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Bethzatha Health Services Plc, Procurement Division. The bid will be opened at Bethzatha Health Services Plc located in front of the National Stadium, 2nd floor of the new building/ meeting room/ in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
