1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders for the Procurement of 3Pcs of Digital Signage Display for Head Office, North East Addis Ababa and South West Addis Ababa Districts.

3.  Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from March 26, 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Birr Five hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II. Ground floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor.
4. Bid shall be accompanied with a bid security ETB 25,000.00 (Twenty-Five Thousand Birr only) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank.
5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before April 10, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower III, 1st floor.
6. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on April 10, 2025 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

8. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.
9. The language of the tender is English.
