Mothers and Children Multi-Sectoral Development Organization (MCMDO) is an indigenous none governmental and none profit organization established in 1997 and re registered in accordance with the Civil Societies Organization (CSO) proclamation No. 1113/2019 with a certificate number 0022.

Currently, MCMDO has been implementing the project entitled "Integrated multi-sector assistance to support anticipatory drought response in Dugda Dawa woreda of West Gujl zone, Oromia region with Project code 33970 "with support of EHF. One of the major activities of the project is rehabilitation and maintenance of water supply in seven priorities affected kebeles of Dugda Dawa woreda.

Thus, MCMDO invites potential candidates to bid for rehabilitation or maintenance work of seven SHW with hand pump in seven kebeles; namely (1. Medenno Kebebel (Adadi aba site, 2. Bokoo Kebebel (Bokosa site) 3. Chame Kebebel (Haro Bora site) 4 Chame Kebebel (Shibata site), 5, Dukisa Kebebel (Dogo site) 6. Medenno Kebebel (Bagaha site), 7 Arbicho Kebebel (Gura site)) Interested potential candidates are invited to collect the specific Bid documents from MCMDO head office infront of British Embassy beside Yeka Global School, or Dugda Dawa woreda MCMDO field office.

1. The contractor should be locally registered with renewed Certificate of Competency as contractor Firm in Water Works by mandated government body with renewed Trade License for the current year. VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN) & Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bid and must be delivered to MCMDO Head office, Around Balderas in front of Yeka Global school
2. Bidders shall be sure to state a complete set of price listing per described specification and unit should be mentioned for each type and be submitted in sealed envelope.
3. Bidders shall agree and ready to start rehabilitation of water scheme within 15-20 Days
4. The Bid will be closed after 5 consecutive working days after the day of the advertisement on the newspaper and open on the Date 02/04/2025 at 10:00 am in front of bidder or their legal representatives.
5. The company reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process
