Oromia Agricultural Cooperative Federation Ltd. intends to invite qualified Category 1 General and Building contractors (GC-1/BC-1) for the construction of Phase 1 (Dominantly Structural Part) of 3B+G+17 Mixed Use Building. The bid is open to all local and International bidders with local trade license to participate on International competitive bids.

1. Bidders should be locally registered by the authorized body to conduct Construction work of Phase I (Dominantly Structural Part) and have license valid for year 2017 E.C.
2. Valid VAT Registration Certificate and Taxpayer registration.
3. Tax Clearance Certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids.
4. Bidding documents may be purchased at the office Oromia Agricultural Cooperative federation LTD upon submission of written application with attachment of valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the Contractor is engaged and must be registered in the Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency's suppliers list. by Paying/depositing non-refundable ETB 2000.00 (Two Thousand Birr) to Oromia Agricultural Cooperative Federation Ltd. Office at working hours for 45 working days starting from publish date of bid.
5. The bureau has full right to reject any contractor who has received two warning letter (quality/progress) and those who has termination history
6. The Oromia Agricultural Cooperative federation LTD reserves the right to reject any or all bids
