The SERS Bureau of Agriculture has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Food System Resilience Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Construction of Primary Livestock Market Center/Gede'o zone Bule Woreda Dero Sokucha Kebele/.
3. Good performance: from 2015 to 2016 you have completed and delivered project and provide a good performance report from the place where you worked.
4. The SERS Bureau of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for ET-SER-FSRP-BULE woreda 458777-CW-RFQ for the Procurement of Construction of Primary Livestock Market Center/Gede'o zone Bule wereda Dero Sokucha Kebele/.
5. 4 Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all bidders
6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the SERS Bureau of finance and procurement office at the address below during office hour from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
7. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 800.00 for each lots. The method of payment will be in cash or cashier's check. In the delivery of the bidding document of the mail and shall not entertain requests for extension on account of such delays.
8. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of for ETB 80,000.00 in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee be delivered to the address below on or before Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. The Bid shall be opened at the following address stated below. The winner bidder has to provide 1% of contract price performance guarantee for environmental and social safe guard in addition to 10% performance bond.

This newspaper will be on air for 29 days from the date of publication and the bids will be opened on the 30th day in the presence of their legal representative at 40:00am to 4:30pm if the 30th day is not a working day it will be opened on the next day at 8:00am 8:30am
