BID INVITATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF

A 60,000-LITER CAPACITY SEPTIC TANK

Cadila pharmaceuticals is pleased to invite a competent and qualified contractor to submit bids for the construction of a 60,000-litter capacity septic tank at our manufacturing site located in sheger city, Galan wareda The project aims to enhance the facility waste management system in compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Constriction of a 60000-litter capacity septic tank as per design
• Evacuation, backfilling and site preparation
• Installation of necessary piping and connections
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental and safety regulations.
• Handover of the completed project, including as-built drawings and documentation.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Interested contractors must meet the following requirements

• Valid business license and registration.
• Having valid license to participate tenders.
• Proven experience in similar construction projects (minimum of 3 projects of comparable scope and scale)
• Adequate technical and financial capacity to undertake the project
• Grade 5 construction license.
• Compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Submission of valid tax clearance certificates and other relevant documents.

BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT

• Bidders are required to submit the following documents:
• Technical proposal detailing the methodology, work plan. and timeline
• Financial proposal with detailed cost breakdown
• Company profile, including pass experience and references
• Copies of relevant licenses, certifications and tax documents

SUBMISSIONS DEADLINES

All bids must be submitted within one week from date of advertisement.
