MAINTENANCE AND LANDSCAPING

Hilton Addis Ababa Hotel wants to invite qualified experienced landscaping and gardening service providers to submit tenders for the regular upkeep and enhancement of the garden areas at our property.

The selected service provider will ensure a vibrant, well- maintained, and aesthetically pleasing landscape through consistent care, seasonal enhancements, and professional garden management.

Our company Hilton Addis Ababa Hotel is located at Menelik II Avenue in front of Foreign Affairs office Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

DESCRIPTION: -

• The bidder shall buy the bid document from Addis Ababa Hilton Purchasing office non-returnable of birr 300.00 from Monday March 9 till on Friday 14, 2025 from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm working days.
• The bidder shall submit a CPO returnable amount of ten thousand (10,000) at the time of submitting the bid document with their technical & financial proposal.
• The Winner shall present a 10% performance bond from the amount sated in the winner list, & then the contract is agreeable to provide a one- year contract such services to the client on terms & conditions set out on the contract agreement list.
• A clear Outsourcing agreement to be made with the winner with clearly set obligations and rights.

1.  Interested Bidders has to fulfill the under listed criteria
2.  Renewed License for 2025
3. VAT registered and TIN Certificates
4. Valid Tax certificate for the year 2025
5.  Have experience and can present man power in full and well qualified
6. Expertise - Professional, Hospitality industry
7. Those who have Company insurance.
8. Those who have recommendation letter from existing clients
9. Interested bidders can submit the bid document & proposals should be submitted no later than March 17th 2025 to Addis Ababa Hilton Purchasing office, late submissions may not be considered.
