Pursuant to the signed contract agreement; Macro General Constructor and Trading Plcnow invites bidders to submit sealed bid for providing the necessary labor, material and equipment for the implementation of Bridge Foundation Investigation of the road project.

INVITATION FOR BID

1. Macro General Contractor and Trading Plc have signed a contract agreement with Ethiopian Roads Authority for the construction works of Fik-Segeg- Gebro-Danan Road project, Lot II: Segeg-Gebro- Yoale (Km 90+000 - Km 191+00).
2. Pursuant to the signed contract agreement; Macro General Constructor and Trading Plcnow invites bidders to submit sealed bid for providing the necessary labor, material and equipment for the implementation of Bridge Foundation Investigation of the road project.
3. Interested bidder shall have;
   > General Experience of at least 3 (three) years of general experience in the last five years on Bridge Foundation Investigation works.
   > Specific experience; successfully completed at least a total of four bridges but it should be a minimum of two contracts in the last five years on Bridge Foundation Investigation works.
4.  Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence;
   i. Trading License renewed for 2017 EFY, VAT & TIN Registration Certificate; and
   ii. Tax Clearance Certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender that, remains valid at bidding date.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and collect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (2:00 to 6:00 - Local time) and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 pm (7:00 to 11:00 - Local time) Monday to Friday starting from the date of the announcement. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English languages may be collected by interested bidders, effective as of next day of announcement.
6. Bidder shall submit two envelops, the first envelop labeled as "Qualification Information" and the second envelop "Financial Bid" separate sealed and the two envelops sealed in an outer single envelope "Tender Document".
7. Late Bids submitted later than the stated date and time, are not acceptable. The Bid opening will be held at the presence of the bidders' and the consultant representatives subsequent to the notification of the consultant schedule.
8.  Bids must be delivered to the address below on March 25, 2025 before 2:30 P.M (8:30 Local Time)
