Bid invitation for the procurement of school inputs
Society for Education, Environment, & Development (SEED) is a humanitarian and development organization having over nine years of experience working with rural communities and the government to tackle poverty.
Currently, SEED is implementing a humanitarian project called equipping schools’ inputs for schools affected by the conflict in Abe Dongoro, Amuru, Jardega Jarte and Horro Buluk Districts, in HoroGuduru Wollega Zone Oromia Region'. The project is financed by Awash bank and Awash insurance.
SEED is plannd to provide school inputs to 1620 IDP students. Thus, SEED herein invites interested and licensed supplier to compete for supply of required quantities of items listed hereunder:

Bid document detailing
- specifications of the items shall be obtained against payment of Birr 400.00 from SEED Head Office in Addis Ababa located adjacent to Total Fuel Station around Stadium (SIEMENS Building 3rd Floor), room No 108/10, (Tel.097 8074735/ 0911 721351) during office time (8:30-9:30).
- Bidder shall submit their price offer in a sealed envelope until 12 March 2025, 2:00 pm at head office. Bidders shall clearly state VAT or ToT condition of their price (before or after).
- The bid price shall be accompanied by bid bond amount of 2% of total price in the form of CPO prepared in the name of Society for Education, Environment, & Development.
- Renewed license for the year, registration certificate, shall be presented together with bid price.
- The bids will be opened on the above mentioned, in presence of bidders or their legal representative at SEED Head Office in Addis Ababa.
- SEED reserves the right to accept or reject any or the entire bid.
