Invitation for procurement of Batu Service center G+2 Office Building Construction Project

1. The Ethiopian Electric Utility Adama Region invites interested and qualified bidders to purchase the following work: -

The Ethiopian Electric utility invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders that have above BC-3/GC-4 Construction Licenses valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year, (EFY, 2017 EC), Trade License valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY, 2017 EC), VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, valid Tax Clearance Certificate with Registration in the Suppliers List of Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPA),

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested and qualified eligible bidders from Adama town near to Adama hospitalists church building, Adama Region Supply Chain and PGS office no 04 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr) from the first date of this announcement on the newspaper. The method of payment for purchasing the bid document will be by paying the above amount on 1000150084613 EEU C/R/CU/CONTRIBUTION FOR ELECTRIC C Account no. held at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.

4. Bid proposals should be submitted to Adama Region Supply Chain and PGS office no 04, before March 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM (8:00 local time). Late bids shall be rejected and will be return unopened to the Bidder.

5. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security, as specified in the above table. The Bid Security shall be in the form of CPO or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee in the name of "EEU Adama Region"

6. The Ethiopian Electric utility Adama region reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

7. Bids will be closed and opened on the above date & time in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
