Oromia Legal Training and Research Institute Has Secured a Budget for the Installation of Furniture and Kitchen Equipment Works for Library and Cafeteria Buildings at Adama Offices

• For lot one:- the relevant licensing for the supply of furniture and kitchen appliances
• For lot two:- electro-mechanical work contractor grade 2 and above
• The works include site survey installation of kitchen equipment and furniture therefore Oromia Legal Training and Research Institute would like to invite eligible capable and experienced retail trade of household and office furniture accessories and kitchen appliances that can be expected to perform the aforementioned projects within time and quality desired & Requirements:

1. At least the following evidence shall be fulfilled by the bidders

1. Renewed business license valid for 2017 E.C
2. Taxpayer identification (TIN)
3. Value-added Tax (VAT) certificate
4. Tax clearance
5. Renewed professional license valid for 2017 E.C and related documents

2. Bidders should be conducted in accordance with the open national tender procedure and is open to or retail trade of household and office furniture accessories and kitchen appliances renewed license valid for 2017 E.C
3. Interested bidders on the submission of a written application to Oromia Legal Training and Research Institute, finance directorate may purchase a complete set of bidding documents and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 1,000 (one thousand birr) starting from the date of bid announcement on newspaper. Oromia Legal Training and Research Institute Bureau, Finance Directorate Adama and Supreme Court of Oromia finance directorate 6 Kilo Finfinnee Ethiopia.
4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the amount of the bid security of 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand birr only for each lot) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address Oromia regional state Supreme Court of Oromia 6 kilo Finfinnee Ethiopia finance directorate office on or before 10:00 PM on 15 continuous days beginning from the date of bid announcement on the newspaper. if the bid closing or opening date in on holyday, the closing or opening of the bid will be the next working day at the same time and the same venue,
6. Bids must be opened in the presence of the bidder's representative, who chooses to attend in person at the Supreme Court of Oromia 6 kilo Finfinnee Ethiopia finance directorate office at 10:30 P.M. on the same date.
