Interested bidders are invited to participate for the execution of construction project work on the basis of the following conditions.

Green land Cooperative has intended to invite potential contractors or eligible bidders for the procurement of the construction work of B+G+9 Mixed Use Apartment at Addis Ababa, Akaki Kality Sub city, Woreda 07.

Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the execution of construction project work on the basis of the following conditions. 

1. Those who have a renewed relevant license. Supplier's Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate. TIN Number, and Tax Clearance Certificate from the tax authority are considered compliant. These documents show the business is legally registered, tax-compliant, and authorized to operate. 
2. Renewed Certificate of Registration from Authorized body as (GC2/BC-2) and above with relevant experience with valid license. Interested contractor who meet the criteria Can purchase a complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 1,000.00 (One Thousand) in cash from the office located in Tor-Hailoch in the way to Total (3kutr mazoria) a building having 7/11 supermarket or Sami café, 2nd floor. 3.  Eligible bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals original and copies in a separate envelope. A bidder will be selected based on selection procedures described in the bidding document.
4. All bid documents (one original & one copy) shall be produced in a separate wax sealed envelopes labeled as "original" and "copy". The financial and technical documents must be in different envelope labeled financial and technical respectively.

6. Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee. 
7. Bidders will submit their proposal on March 10, 2025, in the place where they bought the bid document. (office located in Tor-Hailoch in the way to Total (3kutrmazoria) a building having 7/11 supermarket or Samicafé, 2nd floor)
8.  The bid Validity period is 90 days after the bid opening.
9. The bid will be closed at 2:00 P.M. on the 15th day from the date the announcement was published in the newsletter, and it will be opened on the same day at 2:30 P.M. at the place where the proposal was submitted. If the closing day falls on a weekend or holiday, the bid will be closed on the next working day at the same location, in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend. 
10. The Employer has the right to cancel the procurement process any time.
