1. Bid document which contains invitation to bid, Instruction to bidders, detailed descriptions of the consultancy, price schedule, draft contract and other related documents are attached herewith.
2. Bidders can obtain the documents from office No.2 up on a non-refundable payment of birr 500.00(Five hundred birr.) in the working hours from 2:30-11:00 local time during tender floatation period.
3. Bidders should follow all the bidders' instruction attached with this bidding document.
4. Bidders should present a copy of renewed Trade license, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate, Valid Tax clearance certificate, and other relevant documents with their bidding document.
5. Technical Proposal should be accompanied by a bid security of birr 10,000.00(Ten thousand birr) in the form of CPO. or Unconditional bank guarantee from reputable local bank
6. Bidders should submit one original and one copy of each technical and financial proposal document in wax sealed envelope and present it on or before 13/3/2025 at 4:00 morning local time. All legal admissible documents should be attached with technical proposal.
7. Technical offer of bidders will be opened on 13/3/2025 at 4:30 morning local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the bid.
8. Technical proposal of eligible bidder is evaluated according to the requirements and points allocated for each criteria that are attached with the bid document.
9. Afar Salt production S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids.
