Addis Ababa City Administration Public Procurement and Property Disposal Service (AAPPPDS) has funds with the Procuring entity's budget to be used for the procurements of different Types of uniform for Student, Sweater for student, Teacher overcoat & Kitchen workers Apron on behalf of Addis Ababa City Administration Feeding Agency with framework agreement contract & it will remain for 1/One/ year starting from signing of the contract agreement. Therefore, AAPPPDS invites interested & eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the following goods & related services as mentioned below.

A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased
  by interested bidders upon payment of  non-refundable fee of Birr 1000.00 /One Thousand birr/

1. Documents will be issued at Addis Ababa City Administration Public Procurement and Property Disposal Service, Finance Directorate which is found at 3rd floor, starting from Tuesday, February 18/2025 G.C/ የካቲት 11/2017 E.C from 8:30 Am to 5:30 PM. It will be floated for 20/Twenty/ consecutive working day.
2.  Candidates must deliver their 'bid proposal' before March 11/2025 G.C/መጋቢት 02/2017 E.C; 11:00 Am (5:00 local time) at the 5th floor, Assembly Hall and put inside 'Technical and Financial envelop bid submission box' separately.
3. Bid will be closed on March 11/2025 G.C/መጋቢት 02/2017 E.C at 11:00 Am (5:00 local time) and opened on the same day / March 11/2025 G.C/መጋቢት 02/2017 at 11:30 Am (5:30 local time) at 5th floor, Assembly Hall
4. AAPPPDS reserves the right to reject the bid partially or in full.
