Oromia Regional State Negele Arsi city administration invites all interested and eligible bidders by the national competitive bidding (NCB) for the procurement of construction of:-

1. Corridors Development from City Park to Roundabout lot 1
2. Corridor development from Round about to Nur mosque lot 2 and
3. Corridors Development from Nur mosque to green petroleum and From City Administration to roundabout lot 3.
   1. Negele Arsi Finance Office now invites eligible bidders for the construction of the above project contract identification number referred to above, the work comprises the construction of Negele Arsi Corridors Development located in Negele Arsi City.
   2. Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding (NCB) procedure and open to all eligible domestic bidders as specified and defended in the bidding document.
   3. Bidder shall submit a certificate of Competence from the concerned ministry or corresponding regional bureau with Category GC 4 (four) and above or RC 3 (Three) and above and BC 2(two) and above renewed for the year 2025 or 2017 EFY in addition, bidders able to submit renewed trade license, trade registration certificate tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.
   4. To qualify for the award of the contract the bidders are required to fulfil the minimum qualification criteria.
   5. Bidders shall submit two envelopes, qualification information and bid security in one envelope, and financial bid separately in other envelopes and shall be sealed in an outer envelope.
   6. Evaluation is to be carried out in two steps technical qualification information first and financial qualification bids of qualified bidders next.
   7. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the city finance office and infrastructure and design team section at the address below.
   8. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the adders below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 2000 (two thousand birr).
   9. A pre-bid meeting is conducted in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at the date and place specified in bid data sheet of bidding documents.
   10. The bid must be delivered to the city finance office following 21 working days starting from the day of the invitation to bid posted in newspapers and the bid must close at 4:00 AM local time and opened at 4:30 AM local time on the same date mentioned on the bid data sheet of bidding documents.
   11. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of birr 400,000 (four hundred thousand ETB) in the form of CPO only electronic bidding is not permitted and late bids will be rejected.
   12. The client has right to accept or reject the bid partially or fully prior to contract award.
