The Amhara National Regional State,Awi zone,Ayehu Guagusa woreda Agricultural Office through the Government of Ethiopia has received credit and grant from the IDA towards the cost of Food System Resilience Program (FSRP) and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued.

1. The Amhara National Regional State Awi zone Ayehu Guagusa woreda Finance Office now invites eligible bidders, who have General construction license/GC-5 or Road construction RC-5 and above for the construction of the following Kulanti River bridge.

2. Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB/RFB) procedure specified in the World Bank's Procurement Guidelines: through IDA Credits and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.
3. Bidders should be evaluated with their attached technical proposal documents against technical evaluation criteria of bidding documents and based on required Specifications. Number /TIN. So the Bidder should have to be attached this document with technical proposal of their Bids document.
4. Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after bid opening including 8. Bidders shall submit two envelopes (technical documents in one envelop and 28 days as per ITB 18.2.
5. The amount of bid security as stated in the table above in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for ninety (90) days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.
6. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses, which are renewed for the year 2017 E.C. The following document &/ Renewed license, VAT Registration Certificate & Tax Payer Identification Number /TIN.So the Bidder should have to be attached this document with technical proposal of their Bids document.
7. Bid must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State,Awi zone,Aychu Guagusa woreda azena town Finance office (Procurement & Property Administration team) office Number 08 at before 10:00 AM on 11/07/2017 E.C. Bids shall be opened at 10:30 AM on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend.
8. Bidders shall submit two envelopes (technical documents in one envelop and financial document and bid security separately in another envelope and should be combined in one sealed in an outer envelope.
