Procurement of Audio Visual Equipment
The Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (ECCSA) invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit bids for the procurement of Audio Visual Equipment.
Bid Requirements:
Interested bidders are required to submit:
- A detailed technical and financial proposal along with their past performance records.
- A bid bond of 2% of their offer in the form of a CPO in the name of ECCSA.
Bid Document Availability:
The bid document can be obtained from ECCSA Headquarters, located at Mexico Square, 1st Floor, Office No. 14, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500,
Submission and Opening Details:
Submission Deadline: Within ten (10) working days from the date of this advertisement. The last submission date is February 28, 2025, at 4:30 Pm in the afternoon.
The submission of the bid document is room number 202 at The Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations Headquarters, located at Mexico Square, 2nd Floor.
Bid Opening:
The bid will be opened at the ECCSA Headquarters. Mexico Square, and 7th Floor Meeting Hall, in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on March 3/2025 at 10:00 AM.
ECCSA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
