Eligible Bidders:

• Unless otherwise specified in the BDS, Bidders shall provide such evidence of their eligibility satisfactory to the Public Body, to verify that the Bidder
• Appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating its compliance, which shall include
• Valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the Bidder is engaged
• VAT registration certificate issued by the tux authority only domestic Bidders in case of contract value as specified in BDS).
• Valid Tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (domestic Bidders only)
• Relevant professional practice certificates, as per required in BDS
• Foreign bidders must as appropriate submit business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment
• The bidder submit the bid bond bank guarantee is ETB 500,000.
• The bidder will submit Performance guarantee is 10% of the total contract price from local banks after the contract is signed.

• Bid purchase price is UN returnable ETB 500.
• Bid floating is 20 consecutive days starting from: February 14,2025 G.C/February 7.2017 EC

• The bid has two parts and to be participated the supplier should submitted in two separate envelops.
• If the bureau gets better opportunity, it has the right to cancel the bid either fully or partially.
