0. 1. Development Bank of Ethiopia has invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of IT Trainings. Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:
1. Supplier Registration Certificate
2. Renewed trade license
3. TIN Certificate (only for local Bidders)
4. Suppliers Registration Certificate from PPA (only for local Bidders)
5. VAT Registration (only for local Bidders)
6. Tax Clearance Certificate (only for local Bidders)
   2. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from February 12, 2025 upon the non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) or Equivalent amount in easily convertible currency to customer Accounts Transaction Services office, Tower II, Ground Floor & Collect the bid documents by softcopy through your Email or by flash disk from Procurement directorate at Tower III, 1st floor.  

1. 3. Bids shall be submitted in to the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before February 27, 2025 at 10:00 Α.Μ (4:00 local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head office Tower I, Ground Floor.
   4. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on February 27, 2025 at 10:05 A.M. (4:05 local time) In the presence of bidders and/or their authorized person.
