 INVITATION TO RE-BID

Addis Ababa Light Rail Transport Service Enterprise would like to invite sealed bids from all interested and eligible bidders in order to lease spaces for LED Screen on selected Bridges from Lideta Court office to St. Urael and on Bridges, pillars and station platforms from Lideta Court office to Atikilt Tera for LED screen advertising purpose. Thus, this open tendering has been initiated to invite the potential bidders from all corner of the country.

Therefore, in view of this, interested bidders who are currently working on the Advertising works and have experience on similar activities are invited to participate in this bid. The evaluation of the bid will be made based on the attractiveness of the financial proposal and highest unit price. The amount shall be stated in birr, and the bidder should state the amount in Ethiopian Birr per m² per month.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the procurement manual of. Addis Ababa Light Rail Transport Service Enterprise.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred) for the document starting from February 12, 2025 up to March 4, 2025 during office hours from Monday to Friday: 8:30 A.Μ. -12:00 Α.Μ. and 1:30 P.M.- 5:30 Ρ.Μ. from the address mentioned below.

1. For eligibility, bidders should bring copies of renewed:

• Commercial registration certificate
• Business license
• Tax payer registration certificate
• VAT registration certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate

2. Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids.
3. Bid proposal must be sealed and deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose on the closing date (March 5, 2025) of this bid in the morning before 10.30 AM at the address mentioned above before the bid closing time.
4. Bid proposal must be accompanied with a bid bond of Birr 50,000.00 (Birr fifty thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening.
5. This bid will be closed on March 5, 2025 at 10:30 A.M. and will be opened on the same date at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representative who chosen to attend at the address mentioned above.
6. Failure to observe the instructions and conditions and absence of bid bond in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.
7. The Addis Ababa Light Rail Transport Service Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof.
