1. Interested eligible bidders can purchase complete set of bidding document against a non- refundable payment of ETB.200 (Two Hundred Birr) from AIDO, Addis Ababa, Tel: 011 213 18 29/011 276 3539
2. Bidders should submit sealed bids (original and copy) to AIDO Addis Ababa.
3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the total bid value only in CPO after arithmetic check prepared in the name of Addis Integrated Development Organization.
4. Bid will be closed on the 7th working day of this announcement at 9:00am local time and will be opened on the same day at 10:00am local time in the morning in the presence bidders or their legal representatives at AIDO's hall.
5. Bidders should be able to submit their company profile, recommendation letter and other credentials from recognized firms showing one’s experience on projects of similar nature and complexity.

7. Bidders are required to fill all the necessary details requested in the bid document.
8. AIDO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without fixing any reason thereof.
