4. Bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process shall register on the e-GP system www.ppa.gov.et e-GP portal. For unregistered suppliers, please follow the one-off sign-up and registration process as indicated on the portal's Get Started link(https://egp.ppa.gov.et/egp/home/getting-started).
5. Bids will be opened online, and bidders or their representatives can participate virtually through the link which will be availed. A bidder who will submit bid his proposal must share his bid opening key within 30 minutes after the bid closing time.
6. The Federal Public Procurement Service (PPS) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
