OXFAM is a UK-based international humanitarian and development organization that has been operating in Ethiopia since the 1960s. OXFAM is looking for capable and reliable supplier(s) to provide Capacity Building Training to support its humanitarian response and development activities in Ethiopia.

Therefore, OXFAM is issuing this Invitation to BID and invites all legitimate and qualified service providers to participate in this bid.

TOR Collection & Submission Details

Interested suppliers can collect the Terms of Reference (TOR) documents from OXFAM Ethiopia Programme Office af the address provided below starting from Monday 10th February 2025. Suppliers are required to carefully review the Terms of Reference (TOR) and submit their proposals by the close of business on 14th February 2025 (4:30 PM). Suppliers must sign a confirmation upon collecting the TOR documents.
