1. Gubrye Abafransua Primary School Now invites all eligible and qualified Contractors who are financially and technically capable to furnish the necessary labor to undertake the following project without advance payment at Gubrye Abafransua Primary School.

2. Interested bidders are required to present:

• VAT Registration Certificate.
• Tin number
• Trade license on Construction service license renewed for 2017 E.C
• Certificate from ministry construction renewed for 2017E.C
• Registration certificate in the suppliers list under Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency
• Clearance from Inland Revenue Administration Valid within the bid process time.

3. Bidding will be conducted through a NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) procedure specified in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.
4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 (One Hundred Twenty) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a security specified under section 4- (bidding form) shall be delivered to Gubrye Abafransua Primary School.
5. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO of listed on the above table made by the name of Gubrye Abafransua Primary School. Insurance bond is not acceptable.
6. (4:00 O'clock local time). On day of announcement of this invitation for bid notice on the Addis Zemen newspaper:
   1. The Original and two Copies of the technical document shall be packed in separate wax sealed envelopes and marked as "Original technical Document" and "Copies of technical document "respectively and both original and copies shall be in wax sealed envelope.
   2. The Original and two Copies of the financial document shall be packed in separate wax sealed envelopes and marked as "Original financial document" and "Copies of financial document "respectively and both original and copies including "bid security" shall be in wax sealed envelope, CPO or bid bond shall be attached with original technical document.

N.B: -The Technical and financial document should be submitted in separate wax sealed envelope.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders'/their representatives who choose to attend in person at 10:30 A.m. (4:30 O'clock local time). On 15th day of this announcement on Addis Zemen newspaper @the School Principal Office. holiday & week end on this date, the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the there will be public next working day at the same time and the same venue. Late bids will be rejected.
