1. 1. The Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) intends to purchase Working Tools & Testing Measuring Instrument through International competitive bidding WB EEU-UEAP/001/2024-2025 (ICB). Lot 1.1, Lot 1.2, Lot 1.3
   2. The Ethiopian Electric Utility invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following Works.

1. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the government of the Fed-eral Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and open to all bidders from eligible sup-pliers.

A complete set of bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders at the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of against payment receipt of ETB 4,000 or USD 32 (exchange rate of JUSD-124 ETB). The method of payment will be cash payment at PPMO cashier's check or deposited to the Ethiopian Electric Utility accounts: EEU-Electrification Program Foreign Currency A/C No. 0101181300064 with National Bank of Ethiopia, for foreign currencies, or deposited to the Ethiopian Electric Utility accounts: EEU-UEAP Ac-count No 2.: 1000604742556, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), Mehteme Gandi branch, for the local account.
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address mentioned above before the closing date and time March 21, 2025 2:00PM (Ethiopian Time). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as mentioned above.
  7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address above on the above-mentioned date and time.
  8. Bidders are advised to submit their offer after examining the bid document carefully.
  9. Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
