CALL FOR NATIONAL TENDER

Open Tender No. DBOT04124/25

1. Dashen Bank would like to invite all eligible and interested bidders for procurement of the following Item:

Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via https://extratenders.com.et/ and https://dashen.afrotender.com/  or afrotender.com to access the bidding document by having paid a Non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each lot starting from February 03, 2025.
3. A copy of the renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid document.
4. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond with the above-specified amount in the form of an unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of the offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
5. Bidders must submit the Technical and Financial Bid in Separate envelopes, labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security.
6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on: February 14, 2025, up to 5:00 PM Afternoon.
7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidder or their legal representative at the avenue of Dashen Bank, 7th floor Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall as per the following schedule February 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM Morning.
8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 5 shall result in automatic rejection.
9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
