- Bids must be delivered to the address below on February 13, 2025, at 2:30 PM. All bids must be accompanied by 5% bid security in the form of a Certified check or Cash Payment Order (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee from a recognized Bank. All bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on February 13, 2025, at 3:00 PM.

- The winning supplier shall present 10% percent performance security in the form of a certified check or cash payment order (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee in ETB.
- The delivery date will be 60 working days after the contract is signed.
- No need for additional bid documents will be prepared. The above description is enough for detailed specifications
- All prices should be given in local currency (ETB), and please be aware that MOENCO will not provide any foreign currency.
