RE_BID INVITATION FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICE

BID No 046/2017

1. The government of South Ethiopia regional State represented by Bureau of Transport and Road development has allocated budget towards the cost of consultancy service for detail engineering design tender

Document preparation of 1 Lot of road projects, special Structure and Trail Bridges intends to apply part of the proceeds to eligible payments for design and consultancy service document preparation

2. The Lots of the new Road consultancy service projects are located in South Ethiopia Regional State, The project names and locations are listed as shown below..

3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidences:
   1. Trading (business) license renewed for this (2017) Ethiopian fiscal year
   2. Certificate of Registration from Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure development or relevant regional Authorities for the consultant Registration with Category Grade-3 and below
   3. C.VAT Registration Certificate
   4. Tax payer registration certificate
   5. TIN (Tax identification Number)
   6. It's tax clearance Certificate which states that the bidder is eligible to purchase in any public tender and valid at least at deadline for submission of the bid
4. All bids must accompany by a bid security of ETB 100,000(ETB one hundred thousand) in form of cash payment order (C.P.O.) or unconditional bank guarantee. Let bids will be rejected qualification information and bid security of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives, those who willing to attend at Bureau of road and transport development Building Ground floor Room no 17 Procurement and Prosperity Administration.
5. A complete set of bidding document prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000.00 (ETB: One thousand only) for each Lot projects effective as of 15 successive calendar days starting from the first notification of this advertisement on the Ethiopian Herald. The method of payment hall is on cash.
6. The final submission and opening date of the proposal will be on the 16th of this announcement on the Ethiopian Herald at 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM respectively. If the 16^thdate is not a working day, it will be held on the next working days at same time.
7. The Bidder shall enclose the original and each copy of the bid in separate sealed envelopes, dual marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" These envelopes containing the original and the copies shall then be enclosed in one single envelope. Bidders shall submit one original and three copy of both technical and financial proposal document.
8. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
9. The South Ethiopia Regional state Transport and Road Development bureau reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all bids
