- Background
The Brooke Hospital for Animals-Ethiopia is a registered INGO in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Charities and Societies Agency under registration no. 0883 and working for the improvement of the welfare of working animals in Ethiopia since 2006.
As an organization, we are adapting to evolving development paradigms, necessitating a shift in our operational methodologies. In today's rapidly changing technological landscape, Brooke Ethiopia recognizes the imperative of embracing technology to bolster the efficiency and effectiveness of our projects and operations. To this end, we are in need of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system,
- Objectives of the Assignment
The primary objective of this procurement is to identify a qualified service provider to supply, implement, and maintain an ERP system.
- Scope of the work
- Conducting an initial needs assessment to undertake the specific requirements.
- Customizing the ERP solution to meet the organization's needs.
- Installation and deployment of the ERP system across all branch offices, including Head office and projects (Amhara, Oromia and Central Ethiopia).
- Training of staff at Head office and Projects to ensure smooth adoption.
- Providing ongoing technical support and system maintenance for at least one year post- implementation.
- Migrate existing data from relevant legacy systems to the new ERP.
- Proposal submission
Technical and financial proposal shall be submitted separately submitted by the 15th calendar day starting from the date of the bid announcement in the Addis Zemen Newpaper. Bids should be submitted into boxes prepared for this purpose in the Brooke office in Addis Ababa on or before 1:30PM of the 15th day.of announcement of this tender notice If the 15th calendar day lies on a holiday or Saturday/Sunday, the last date of bid submission will be the next working day up to 1:30 PM (7:30 Ethiopian time). The tender award will be declared to the bid winner shortly following the evaluation of the technical and financial evaluation.
- Bids coming after the specified date and time will not be accepted.
- Bidders should present a renewed trade license and registration certificate for VAT.
- All bidders are required to submit a bid bond equivalent to 2% of the proposed financial amount as a guarantee of their earnest intent to execute the contract. The bid security should be in the form of either an unconditional bank guarantee or CPO.

- The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at its own discretion at any time prior to contract award.
