Global Insurance Company (S.C) invites all interested, eligible and pre-qualified bidders by this National Competitive Bid to submit sealed bids for the following lots.

Lot-1

For the Supply of Granite, Porcelain, Mat Ceramics and Wooden Materials. The materials are intended for a 28+G+9 Mixed-use Office and Apartment Building situated on Bole Main Road, near Sur Construction Head Office in Addis Ababa.

Lot-2

For the Supply of Aluminum. The material is intended for a 2B+G+9 Mixed-use Office and Apartment Building situated on Bole Main Road, near Sur Construction Head Office in Addis Ababa.

Instruction to Bidders.

1. 1. Interested potential Bidders are required to provide a renewed trade license for the current fiscal year, a VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate, tax clearance certificate, and all other relevant legal documents.
   2. Global Insurance Company hereby announces that bid documents can be obtained from its office located in Addis Ababa, Gobena Abatigu St. (Somale Tera). Interested parties are invited to collect the Bid document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr). The bid documents will be available during office hours, starting from the date of this announcement.
   3. This Invitation for Bid is open to all interested potential bidders, and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provisions outlined in the bid document.
   4. Bid must be accompanied with a Bid Security of 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of (CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee) which remain valid for 180 days from a bid opening date prepared in the name of Global Insurance Company (S.C) and must be submitted in separate sealed envelope marked "Bid Bond' for each lot separately.(Lot-1 and Lot-2)
   5. Bid must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the office of the HR and Facility Management Department, before the closing date and time. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.
   6. The Bid will be closed on 21/02/2025 G.C of this announcement at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at Global Insurance Company Head Office, Addis Ababa. (Lot-1 and Lot-2)
   7. The Company reserves the right to cancel all or part of this bid without assigning any reason whatsoever.
