Call for Consultancy Services
The Ethiopian Business Advisory Service Providers Association (EBASPA) is an association registered with the FDRE Authority for Civil Society Organizations and granted legal personality with Registry Number 6441 on September 22, 2022. It operates as a local organization in accordance with the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No. 1113/2019.
Currently, EBASPA is undertaking a project supported by the GIZ-PSDE grant to conduct research on BDS-related policy frameworks, specifically to assess pertinent proclamations/regulations and provide concrete recommendations that will serve as key inputs for national dialogue on the subject.
The conditions of the bid are as follows:
Interested bidders may collect the detailed bid document from the EBASPA office located at Mexico Kirkos Subcity, Woreda 10, llth Floor, Deverwork Tower, or may request the bid document by sending an expression of interest to info@ebaspa.org.
- Bidders must physically submit their technical and financial proposals in two separate sealed and stamped envelopes for each of the research areas.
- Bidders must present a renewed trade license and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
- Bids must be submitted within 10 working days from the date of this announcement, posted in this newspaper, to EBASPA's physical address listed below.
- All other information pertinent to this announcement can be found in the bid document, which bidders should follow strictly.
- EBASPA reserves the right to cancel all or part of this bid.
