CALL FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

Open Tender NO.DBOT04024/25

1. Dashen Bank invites all eligible and interested bidders for procurement of the under listed item.

2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.com.et/ or https://dashen.afrotender. com/ or afrotender.com to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) starting from January 27, 2025.
3. Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
4. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
5. Bidders must submit the FINANCIAL OFFER in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document.
6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on February 07, 2025, up to 5:00 PM and at the place mentioned under No. 7 below.
7. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of the bidder's or their legal representative at Dashen Bank Head quarter building, in fort of National Bank, 7th floor. Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall on February 08, 2025 @ 10:00 AM Morning.
8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.
9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
