Procurement reference: Consultancy Service for Design and supervision of Pump installation and pipeline works

1. Gofa Industrial Collage invites eligible Consultant who have Grade II and above license for Water Resource Consultant from the Ethiopia Construction Authority to submit their Proposal for installation of pump and pipe line work supervision.
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Company and other Relevant Laws of the country, and is open to all eligible bidders.
3. Technical proposal should contain the following but not limited

• Legal document; renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate.
• Experience (at least three recent letters from client with successful supervision work for well pump installation and pipe lining)
• Personnel for the key positions
• Work methodology and schedule

4. Financial proposal shall be presented as per Annex 1: BOQ
5. Technical and financial proposal shall be presented in separate envelop.
6. Technical and Financial proposal must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before January 31, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the above- mentioned address.
7. Technical proposals and Financial proposals bid opening shall be held on January 31,2025 at 10:30 AM in the in the above mention address.
8. During the opening of the bid document, the consultant or his/her legal representative will be available.
9. Bid award shall be announced on February 3, 2025 through latter to winner.
10. Collect the Bid Document by paying 200 birr from the college.
11. The Gofa Industrial College reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
