OPEN NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING

1. Ethiopian Sugar Industry Group invites sealed bids from interested eligible & qualified national bidders for Consultancy Service for the following lots: Lot-1 Study and Design of Water Supply System at Omo Kuraz 2 Sugar Factory. Lot-2 Study and Design of Research Laboratory at Wonji Sugar Factory.
2. Interested eligible bidders are invited to participate in this tender directly upon presentation of 2017 E.C Trade license, TIN, VAT Registration, Current Tax Clearance & Suppliers' Registration Certificates from the concerned public body.
3. A complete set of bidding document can be obtained during office hours from the address mentioned below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 300.00 (Birr Three Hundred) in our Account No. 1000000888862 held in Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.

4. Sealed bid marked as described in the bidding document and addressed to the above address must be received by the Group before 2:00 PM afternoon on February 11, 2025. The document will be received through bid box or hand delivered. No liability will be accepted by the buyer for loss or late delivery.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the above-mentioned date and address: at 3:00 PM afternoon in the Industry Group's Head office Conference Hall.
6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security for Lot-1 Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thou- sand Birr) and for Lot-2 Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr). The bid security shall be in the original form of CPO from any Commercial Bank in Ethiopia. The Bid security shall be valid for at least Ninty (90) days after the bid submission deadline. The bid shall remain valid for Sxity (60) days after the bid submission deadline.
7. Sugar Industry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
