Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) intended to sub-let the road marking work for the Ambo-Guder Asphalt Concrete Road Project through an open bid. Therefore, in accordance with the terms stated below, interested and qualified bidders are encouraged to participate in the bid.
- Purchase bid document with non-refundable payment of Birr 200 (Two hundred) with the presence of valid Business License indicating the stream of business and must be registered in the public procurement Administration Agency's Suppliers List, Tax Clearance certificate TIN and Vat Registration certificate issued by the tax authority stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids.
- Renewed Certificate of registration from authorized body as (Special Contractor) and above with relevant experience specifically in Road Marking.
- Bidder shall furnish Bid Security in the form of CPO OR unconditional and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee with an amount of ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) in the Name of Oromia Construction Corporation.
- Bid Proposal shall be submitted on/before February 04/2025 G.C at 2:00 P.M. The bid will be closed on February 04/2025 at 2:00PM. and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M.
- OCC reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Partially or the entire bid.
