INVITATION TO BID (Readvertised)

All local eligible Contractors Forms Category GC-6/WWC-5 and above who have Trade Licenses and Construction certificates valid for year 2017 E.C, and Valid Registration Certificate from concerned issuing body are kindly invited to the Competition and advised to:

1. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document paying a non-refundable ETB 500 (five Hundred Birr) from ERCS, Ilu AbaBora Zonal Branch Office Tel +251-474-41-17-47-located at Mettu town.
2. Submit sealed bid providing necessary material, labor and equipment to execute Construction of Service Reservoir 50m' and Water System rehabilitation work in Oromia Region, Ilu Aba Bora Zone, Bure District, Kocho Site.
3. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society Ilu AbaBora Zonal Branch Office Tel +251-474-41-17-47-located at Mettu town along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable Forms (CPO ONLY) SPECIFIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The CPO should be valid for 28 days after bid validity.
4. Bidders advise to submit Financial and Technical in separate wax sealed envelopes label as ORIGINAL & COPY (Original Technical, Copy Technical, Original Financial, Copy Financial all-in separate wax sealed envelopes.). Also bid bond (bid security) by its separate wax sealed envelope.
5. Opening ceremony & submitting bid only at ERCS, Ilu Aba Bora Zonal Branch Office, Mettu town.
6. Obtain further information from the address mentioned above.
7. You can visit the site envisaged for the construction and acquire necessary reconnaissance.
8. Bid will be closed on the 10th calendar days of the announcement of this bid on the newspapers at 4: 00A.M (local time) and open on the same date at 4:30 A.M(local time), ERCS, Oromia National Regional Branch, Ilu Aba Bora Zonal Branch Office and if the date is a holiday (not working day) on the next working date at 10:00AM (Local Time).
9. ERCS, Ilu AbaBora zonal branch has the right to reject any or all bids.
