REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
(National Competitive Bidding)
- The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia represented by the Ethiopian Roads Administration (ERA) has allocated funds to select legal firms to handle cases in Oromia National Regional State Courts and Quasi-Judicial Organs for Road Construction Projects.
- The Ethiopian Roads Administration now invites interested eligible legal firms to submit expression of interest letter with their company profile documents and testimonies, for the above Services.
- Expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Property Administration Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Application/participation is open to all locally registered Eligible Domestic Legal Firms.
Any firm who failed to submit its Expression of Interest on or before the deadline for submission will not become eligible for short- listing. The Client would not accept any additional documents to substantiate or provide missed documents in the original Expression of Interest and the assessment would be carried out based on the document to be submitted.
The following overall qualification criteria will be used for ssessing the company profile submission of each applicant.
