Maya City Finance office wants to Invites registered Contractors of Category GC-3 And RC-2 And Above with Their Professional and Above Trade License open tenders for 10 km Pipe line Drainage in 2017. Therefore, we are asking bidders who meet the below criteria to compete

To All Contractors of The Category GC-3 And RC-2 Above with Renewed License Valid for The Year 2017 EC

1. Maya City Finance Office Invites registered Contractors of Category GC-3 And RC-2 And Above with Their Professional and Above Trade License Valid for The Year 2017 E.C registered For VAT And Having Tax Clearance Certificate and Any Relevant Professional Practice Certificate and Its Trading License To, Submit Sealed Bids for Providing the Necessary Labor, Materials and Equipment for The Construction of The Following Maya City Pipe Line Drainage,
2. Evidence of/Being/Registered at Ethiopia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (PPPDA) Supplier List
3. Bidding Will Be Conducted in Accordance with The Open National Tendering Procedures Contained in The Public Proclamation of The Federal Governments of Ethiopia and Is Open to All Eligible Bidders
4. Interested Eligible Bidders May Obtain Further Information from Maya City Finance Office.
5. The Bidders Shall Submit One Mother Envelop Wax Sealed Bidding Documents This Shall Be Produced in Different Wax Sealed Envelopes and Shall Be Signed Stamped and Clearly Labeled as Original and Copy 1 And Copy -2 Financial and Technical Document Failure to Do So Would Entail Rejection of The Bid.
6. The Financial Document Shall Be Submitted to Maya City Administration Finance Office Before Deadline for Bid Submission. Late Bid Shall Be Automatically Rejection.
7. A Complete Set of Bidding Documents in English May Be Purchased by Interested Bidders at The Address Below and Up on Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Ethiopian Birr 1,500 (One Thousand Five hundred Birr) At Working Hours. The Method of The Payment Will Be on Sinke Bank.
8. The Bid Must Be Delivered to The Address Below On/Before Dead Line and Must Be Accompanied by A Bid Security of In the Form of CPO Or in Cash Ethiopian 300,000 (three Hundred Thousand Birr) To the Address of Maya City Finance.
9. The Dead Line of Bid Submission Shall Be At 2:00 PM Afternoon The 21ª Date Starting from the 1 Announcement of consecutive days Made on News Paper. The Bid Will Be Opened on The Same Date of Submission At 2:30 PM Afternoon in The Presence of The Bidders or Their Authorized Representatives Who Choose to Attend at The Address Below.
10. The Maya City Administration Finance Office Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and So Annual the Bidding Process and Reject All Bids at Any Time Prior To Contract Award, With Out Thereby Any Liability of The Bidders.
