Ethiopian Airlines Group/ETG/-Ethiopian Airports invites potential suppliers for the Installation of Modern and Fully Automated Car Parking System, Maintenance, Operation and Management of Car Parking Service with concession modality basis at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport. Hence, ETG invites all interested and eligible bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder:

1. Any Legally established bidder with valid and renewed business license for the fiscal year in the Car parking service, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids can get the tender document,
2. Ethiopian origin diasporas having Ethiopian origin ID/Yellow Card, a valid business license from the country they are operating the business can participate on the tender.
3. A minimum five (5) years of business experience can participate on the bid.
4. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T518 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99), Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company name, bid announcement number & contact phone number to the below email address and will get the Tender document by return Email.
5. Bidders should submit bid security of ETB 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee from a recognized bank in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group". Any insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted.
6. Bids must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the original and copy Technical Proposal, original and copy Financial Offer, and Bid Security, and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines Group, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section before/on February 13, 2025 until 3:00PM.

The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, bid opening hall in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
